Book of Ra RTP and Volatility
The Book of Ra RTP is a bit below the average for the market. At just 92.13%, it doesn’t compete with other games offering an RTP that can hit above 96% in some cases. It has a high volatility, which means that wins are hard to come by, but they are of a higher value when they arrive.
Book of Ra Gameplay
Book of Ra starts out with players setting their stake. Players are able to wager between 0.02 and 18.00 credits when playing the title, which are split across the paylines. Although there are nine paylines in place, these can be customised as low as a single payline if desired. Of course, the more paylines you play with, the better.
Once the stake has been set, it’s time to spin the wheels. Although the RTP is quite low, there are some very high-paying symbols in this title. There is a wild symbol included as well as a scatter symbol. The wild obviously helps to create new wins on the reels, while the scatter symbol is the key to the bonus round.
This round begins when players are able to get three scatter symbols on the reels at the same time. This will instantly award 10 free spins to players. Before the round officially starts, a symbol is chosen at random. This symbol will then become stacked during the round, which means that it’s possible for all of the reels to become full of the same symbol, which will activate all nine paylines and award a bigger payout than the base game has to offer.
The bonus round can’t be re-triggered as the scatter symbol is removed from the reels for the free spins. This means that when you get the bonus round, you’ll get those 10 spins, and once they have been used, the base game will start up again.
